Project Management Book

Our Training Director, Vicky Billingham, has written an entertaining and informative book aimed at both those new to project management, and intermediate Project Managers looking to improve their project management knowledge. It is different from other project management books in that the reader is invited to develop a Project Management Plan based on a case study, so that by the end of the book you have a complete Project Management Plan which you can check against the sample solution. It also contains a diary of what really happened when the Project Manager ran the project in the case study, so the theory and structure of projects are brought to life.
