The PRINCE2 Foundation course provides delegates with knowledge of PRINCE2 and prepares them for the PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate examination. It is aimed at anyone working within or around projects.
The course enables delegates to:
- Understand the components and main processes of PRINCE2.
- Prepare for and take the PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate examination.
This course leads on to the PRINCE2 Practitioner course. The examination scheme is administered by the Association for Project Management Group Ltd. The Foundation examination is a one-hour, 75 question, multiple-choice paper.

The PRINCE2 Practitioner course provides delegates with knowledge and practical application of PRINCE2 and prepares them for the PRINCE2 Practitioner examination, which is taken during the course. Project Board Members, Project Managers, Team Leaders, project support, people working towards or within a PRINCE2 project environment will benefit from attending the workshop. Delegates attending the PRINCE2 Practitioner Workshop are expected to have achieved the PRINCE2 Foundation certificate.
The course enables delegates to:
- Have the confidence and competence to practice the PRINCE2 method in a live project environment
- Consider the practical application issues in using and tailoring PRINCE2
- Develop their knowledge to the level that enables success in the PRINCE2 Practitioner examination.
