APM

We offer the following APM training courses:

The Association for Project Management (APM) is the largest independent professional body of its kind in Europe with over 15,000 individual and 400 corporate members worldwide.

The APM has developed its own Body of Project Management Knowledge known as the APM BoK. This document, which is now in its fifth edition, contains a collection of 52 knowledge areas required to manage any project successfully.

Flowing naturally from this well-respected source of industry guidance is a broad range of Project Management qualifications aimed at all levels of responsibility within or associated with a project team. This qualification scheme encourages continuing professional development and provides added credibility to participating organisations and encompasses the following levels:

  • Introductory Certificate
  • APMP (IPMA Level D)
  • Practitioner Qualification (IPMA Level C)
  • Certificated Project Manager (IPMA Level B)
  • APM Risk Management Certificates Level One and Two

Each project management qualification has been designed to build upon the previous level and thus provides a clear development path throughout your project career.

APM training and qualifications are an ideal choice for organisations in any industry sector that is looking to provide continuous professional development for their project managers.

APMP

The APMP workshop prepares those who already have a good knowledge of project management, to pass the APMP examination (included in the course).

The APMP qualification is recognised across the project management industry as the foundation qualification for project professionals, and is the qualification that will enable you to demonstrate your fundamental knowledge of what is required to manage a successful project. It is the benchmark qualification for anyone embarking on a project management career, or looking to add project management to their portfolio of skills.

The training course material is based on the APM "Body of Knowledge" and attendees will benefit from workshop sessions addressing all the main topics covered by the APMP examination in a structured and consistent way. The sessions will include presentations, exercises and sample examination papers.
