Courses

• What types of courses do you offer?
  We currently offer PRINCE2, APM, MSP, MoR and ITIL, courses. We are hoping to expand the subjects that we offer courses on. To find out more about these courses click here.
• Do you run courses local to me?
  Yes we probably do. We even work out how far away each course is being held. Why not search for a course by clicking here.
• Is there any pre-course work?
  For courses leading to examinations, you will usually be sent some pre-course work. This will vary in the amount of time it will take you to complete, depending on the examination and the training provider, but it is essential that you complete this work to the best of your ability. It will greatly enable your progress in the course.

Pricing

• Why do prices vary for a particular type of course?
  Prices are set by our training providers. We want to offer you the widest choice of courses, so we work with many different providers.
• What is included in 'Residential' courses?
  Residential courses usually include overnight accommodation, breakfast and an evening meal. As these vary for different courses, please review the course details for a specific course.
• Can I get a discount on APM exams if I am a member of the APM?
  Yes you can. Instructions as to how to get your discount can be found on the course details page of a relevant APM course.

Payment

• What payment methods can I use?
  Projectivity accepts Google Checkout, cheques, company Purchase Orders and bank transfers. Google allows credit and debit cards. The quickest way to guarantee your place is to book with a credit or debit card.
• Can I reserve a place on a course?
  Yes. From the Course Details page, click to Reserve a place. We will hold a place for you, spaces permitting, until payment has been recevied from you and then we will confirm the booking.
